Sebastian, or Bash as he is called most of the time, is a 7 year old orange and white tabby. He is your typical "internet cat", in that he is so entertaining and acts more like a dog than a cat at times. He loves to play fetch and roll around on the concrete on the balcony of his apartment. He also is super friendly, and is very food motivated (tortilla chips and saltine crackers in particular).

BOX MONTHLY WEBINAR
Scott Ebeling, Director of Pricing and Strategic Solutions, and Allison Coldewey, Pricing and Solutions Manager, will be hosting December's webinar on January 17th, 2023 at 10:00am CST.
My Mom always had a saying that it’s not how you start, but how you finish that matters. When I read Good to Great by Jim Collins, I always loved the part where he talks about the hedgehog theory about having one thing that you do well. He talks about a cross country team that had a hedgehog theory of “We run faster at the end.” It always sat with me and reminded me of my mother’s saying of “Finish Strong.”
As the end of the year approaches, I ask all of our staff, partners, suppliers, and business partners to think of how they can attack the last part of the year strong. Come through the finish line faster than the others! Let’s be marked by a business and individuals as folks that put on emphasis on finishing well.
Take some time to reflect on what we did well, what we can do better, and how we can carry our momentum into the next race, or for our business, how can we continue to build on our wins for 2024?
I’m thinking about my own past as a long-time cross country runner and coming around the last part of the 3.3 mile race…I can see Dana Coomer, my amazing mother, yelling her lungs out…”You’d better finish this thing fast!!"
